By downloading, accessing, or using SiBalance ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

Description of Service
SiBalance is a personal budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning application designed to help users manage budgets, track spending, forecast finances, and view spending estimates based on information entered by the user.

The App does not provide financial, investment, legal, accounting, tax, or other professional advice.
Any budgets, forecasts, calculations, insights, recommendations, reports, Safe to Spend amounts, or other information generated by the App are estimates based on user-provided information and should not be relied upon as professional advice.
You remain solely responsible for your financial decisions.
Accuracy of Information
The accuracy of any calculations, forecasts, reports, insights, recommendations, or Safe to Spend estimates depends on the accuracy and completeness of the information entered into the App.
You are responsible for ensuring that any income, expenses, budgets, balances, savings goals, debts, and other financial information entered into the App are accurate and kept up to date.
SiBalance makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of any information generated by the App.
No Guarantee of Financial Outcomes
SiBalance does not guarantee that use of the App will:
- Prevent overspending
- Keep you within budget
- Increase savings
- Improve financial outcomes
- Prevent financial loss
- Achieve financial goals
Actual financial outcomes depend on many factors beyond the control of the App.
User Data
You retain ownership of the information you enter into the App.
Your use of the App is also governed by the SiBalance Privacy Policy.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
