Common Questions
Do I need to create an account?
No. SiBalance does not require user accounts.
You can create budgets and use the app without registering, signing in, or providing personal information.
Does SiBalance connect to my bank?
No. SiBalance does not connect to bank accounts, financial institutions, or third-party financial services.
All income and expenses are entered manually by you.
Where is my data stored?
Your budgeting data is stored locally on your device.
If you unlock SiBalance Full and enable iCloud Sync, your budgets, transactions, categories, and settings can be securely synchronised across your Apple devices using your Apple ID.
Is iCloud Sync required?
No. iCloud Sync is completely optional.
If disabled, your data remains stored only on your device.
Does SiBalance use ads or analytics?
No. SiBalance does not use:
- Advertising services
- Third-party analytics
- Marketing SDKs
- Tracking technologies
- Data brokers

Can I use multiple budgets?
SiBalance Free includes one budget. SiBalance Full supports unlimited budgets, allowing you to manage separate financial plans independently.

What is included for free?
SiBalance Free includes the dashboard, income and expense tracking, recurring entries, categories, Safe to Spend, upcoming payments, complete history, search, Siri and App Intents, support for 159 currencies, and one budget.
What does SiBalance Full include?
SiBalance Full adds unlimited budgets, Goals, forecasting, Insights and trends, Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets, optional iCloud Sync, and encrypted backups.
It is a one-time lifetime in-app purchase. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges.
How do I restore SiBalance Full?
Use the restore purchase option in SiBalance while signed in to the App Store with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. If your access is not recognised, contact [email protected].
Does SiBalance support Face ID?
Yes. You can enable Face ID or device passcode protection from:
Settings → Security & Storage
How do I delete my data?
Settings → Data → Delete All Data
Deleting data permanently removes all budget information stored within the app.
This action cannot be undone.
How do I enable Reduce Motion?
SiBalance supports Apple's accessibility settings.
- Open Settings.
- Tap Accessibility.
- Tap Motion.
- Enable Reduce Motion.
SiBalance automatically respects this setting.
