SiBalance respects your privacy and is designed to help you manage your finances without sacrificing control of your personal data.

Information Collection

SiBalance does not require user accounts and does not collect, store, sell, or share your personal financial information.

Local Data Storage

All budgets, transactions, categories, settings, and financial information entered into SiBalance are stored locally on your device.

Screenshot Text Recognition

When you choose Import from Screenshot, SiBalance uses Apple's on-device text recognition to create transaction drafts for your review. Recognition happens entirely on your device. Screenshots and recognised text are not uploaded to the developer, an external AI service, or an analytics service, and the screenshot is not retained after the import.

An unfinished review is held in memory while the app remains active. If iOS terminates SiBalance completely, that unfinished review is not retained.

Optional iCloud Sync

SiBalance Full offers optional synchronization using Apple's iCloud services. When enabled, your data is synchronized through your personal iCloud account using Apple's CloudKit technology and private iCloud database.

The developers of SiBalance do not have access to your synchronized data.

App Store Purchase

SiBalance is free to download from the App Store and includes one complete budget. SiBalance Full unlocks the complete feature set with a one-time in-app purchase and lifetime access. It does not offer a recurring subscription.

Payment processing and purchase management are handled securely by Apple. The developers of SiBalance do not receive, process, or store your payment information.

Third-Party Services

SiBalance does not include third-party advertising networks, third-party analytics services, user tracking services, data brokers, or marketing platforms.

Data Security

Because your information is stored locally on your device and optionally synchronized through Apple's iCloud services, you maintain control over your data.

No method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children's Privacy

SiBalance is not directed toward children under the age of 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
